I just got a gym membership. What should I do next? I have 2 goals. 1. Lose ~7 kgs to hit 75kg. That's my optimum height to weight tario. 2. Build flexibility and strength, especially undo the harm done by my desk job. Open to suggestions and share my results here on a weekly basis. cc: @iamtherealyakuza.eth

@chinmay.eth that's great! Lift weights. Stretch. Add some cardio. Train at least 3 times a week. Less than that is nothing! Lifign weights burn fat more than people can imagine. Stretching resets your body. Do both. No fucking excuses. Add some walking, eat more protein than carbs and stay consistent. That’s the game.
