My first 10k! 🎉🎉🎉 I’ll never forget it! I must confess that I had to stop a bit in the middle to drink some water. It was way too hot. I need some advice on hydration. How do you do in hot days? Do you carry water with you? After how many km do you drink water?

Congrats on your first 10k!! Hydration: I drink at every fountain I found. Easy. The issue is that where I am now there are no public fountains…

Thank you! Yes, the problem is when there are no fountains. I’ll have a look at the map and check if I can change my route to be sure to have a fountain on my way.
