The most simple thing you can do to start is hanging from a high bar for a few minutes a day. You can break it down to sets of 10-20 sec or more depending on your level. Also add pull ups or any assisted variations. It will do wonders!

That’s great. Yes more deadhang is good. And from there you can also ramp up your pull up volume as well as focus on glutes to build a strong posterior chain. Im just not buying it when you tell me i can muscle my way out of this. the level of fitness you’re implying is required for being able to stand up straight seems insane More inclined towards greater attention to mobility here. Like I need to go back to yoga class not add another 50 reps of pull ups in
