Anyone read this? Just picked up a copy to see if I can improve myself a bit. Unmedicated ADHD - along with some other mental/physical issues from military life - leave me pretty unorganized and often procrastinating. I know just reading a book won’t solve it all and I’ll still have to take a lot of action, but it’s a start. Surprise visit from the kitten too! 😂

Easy to read and cherry pick from. Overall - it's a great approach to helping people change by adopting new habits and modifying existing ones.

I have it in Chinese lol non-fiction tends to be more accessible language, so I grabbed it when I found out it was available when I was ready to start tackling books in the language. There's a lot of great stuff in there, but keep in mind the ADHD brain doesn't really form "habits" in the way the neurotypical brain does - it will always be a conscious choice to keep the habit chain going for your brain. Which is why small works really, really well for us.

Sooo. It's a wonderful book. Solid advice... For most My unmedicated ADHD fks me in the way that I can have all the knowledge in the world. But lack the ability to apply it. I be knowing but in a constant state of fkn task paralysis. It's. Fucking. Stupid. My shit not yours. I super hope you have better luck applying the techniques in the book.
