After extensive testing of coffee “creamers” I have concluded that oat based ones are the only style that can produce creaminess without having nasty oils in it.

Back to regular whole milk for me tho.

it actually happened because soft drinks were money and coffee was free at a job I had ages ago... so out of spite I went on a coffee journey from drinking "basically milkshakes" all the way to iced black coffee.   all to save $.50 a drink.  but now I'm fine! *freeze frame smile*

cold and black is the only way I drink coffee because... some sort of emotional trauma

Ya no oils is key. Hence why I just went back to milk.
