It isn't easy anywhere. If you want to grow faster, then make connections, write, and generally put in the effort in a sustained manner.

People on Farcaster are eager for more high quality content. 

Look at how quickly @afrochicks or @mazmhussain were able to grow.

Being interesting to a wider group of people beyond your immediate family and friends requires a lot of work.
