Thanks for the prompt! Here you go: AI use improves efficiency, but it also erodes team trust and weakens interpersonal dynamics. Surprisingly, knowledge workers, often assumed to be best positioned to benefit from AI, report the most negative impacts compared to those in service or civic roles. Yeah, my sample had 299 participants. But a new Stanford study with 1,500 confirmed a lot of what I found. AI use often correlates with drops in team trust. And they also echoed my finding that as analytical tasks get commoditized, organizations will start valuing interpersonal work more.
