Yeah, my sample had 299 participants. But a new Stanford study with 1,500 confirmed a lot of what I found. AI use often correlates with drops in team trust. And they also echoed my finding that as analytical tasks get commoditized, organizations will start valuing interpersonal work more.

Not exactly. Retraining is useful in terms of task disruption. But I was referring to how AI use erodes trust and team dynamics. AI is changing how people relate to each other at work.

Is this akin to when the sowing machine replaced hand stitching as an industry norm. 

Those workers required retraining. That's the real crime if there is no retraining. I believe that profitable companies should pay taxes & governments should provide unemployment insurance & retraining opportunities from those taxes.
