I've wanted to try some social media automation using make[dot]com for a while. It's relatively easy if you're tech savvy, but there's a learning curve. I have a hobby that has nothing to do with art or crypto. And I wanted to upload one short headless ~30 sec handheld (non-AI generated) videos each day. But I wanted to plan weeks and hopefully a year ahead. I also didn't want to spend all that time uploading to the individual platforms. And now i don't have to. I'm doing this with free tools only. And I wanted a public record of when I started it.

I enjoy tinkering w/ old devices and finding ways to upcycle them. Like turning old computers into servers. Putting Ubuntu on older Dell machines to play w/ Docker. Turning a 2009 iMac into a stand-alone calendar display. Recently I had unused Raspberry Pi Nano laying around. Learned I could turn it into a Pi-hole for my home lab. But unlike all the others so far, this one has become a permanent fixture in the home lab setup. 🤌🏼💋

$secondrealm's one and only post on Zora is "Tokenize Everything." Created 5 months ago. We're experimenting with the idea that having one post on the platform will end up being more unique and more interesting than having thousands of posts. We're probably wrong. But in case we're not... https://zora.co/coin/base:0x06175517167f9501b81b1ad92ff423b257a674c8?referrer=0x5573fedf9f390f41033c89eb15dfdb8b1981cd3a

So, this happened. For too long, I was tied to my follower count on X. Letting go wasn't easy, even though I value composability more. Ironically, I fell into the very trap I warned others about—an 'Icarus moment,' getting too close to the allure of validation and losing sight of what truly matters.

trash art has evolved since 2020. back then it was about planting a flag in the middle of the debate between “what is” or “what isn’t?” "Art" and states clearly to the gatekeepers, “You do not define art anymore.” here's a little background into my perspective: https://www.secondrealm.com/posts/trashart/

❓Cryptoart Question of the Week ❓ We've had some deep discussions over the last three weeks. So lighten things up a bit and have a little fun with this week's question. If you could collaborate with one artist (alive or historical), who would it be and why? Please tag your replies with #CAQOTW.

"At this point, Warpcast, the preeminent Farcaster client, is at a crossroads. Its unique features and strong developer community are undeniable assets, but they could also be limiting its growth." - #EricsBlog https://ericprhodes.blog/builders-paradise-or-artists-dilemma
