The language Niklas used yesterday was completely unacceptable and does not align with Moxie values. Moxie unequivocally condemns it. Niklas has stepped down as a Moxie Hero. Since most of Farcaster is likely to read this cast, I want to take this moment to once again call on everyone to please lower the volume and communicate respectfully and civilly. Over the past couple of weeks we’ve seen memes with faces on graves, guns pointed at heads, entire groups who have made it a sport to attack others, inflammatory and inappropriate language about other members – it all needs to stop. We’re better than this. One of the joys of Farcaster has been that it's a safe haven from the trolling on Twitter/X. It would be a shame to lose that. If someone is bullying you or using inflammatory or offensive language: mute or block them, and report their account to Warpcast. Blocked accounts do not earn Moxie from you, nor can they give you moxie. Banned accounts can no longer participate in Moxie.

Dude this Mr-silverback account has been an inflammatory and sketchy account for like a half year or more now, it’s almost like there was no due diligence at all for y’all’s hero selection That account has embodied the modern Twitter vibe for many moons now, it’s insane to me that it just slipped through the cracks on your selection process like that

The algorithm chose the heroes last week. Our team is not going to be the content police. If warpcast allows their account, who am i to censor it? A lot of people on here have views that I don't agree with or that others don't agree with. It's good to have diverse viewpoints. We stepped in when we saw something that warranted it. This coming week the selection process for heroes is modified to bring in more types of users.

Just chippin in my pov. just let it be guys. I could careless if he brings the attitude from X to here. because why? to be honest - we all need those personalities for our platform to thrive more. We should be - ALL have a place and audience here. And if the Algos chose him as a Hero, so be it. I thought MOXIE is about rewarding Contents people will love - and on the other side of the sword, Moxie is all rewarded to the contents we hate and engaged with.
