Reminder: the vast majority of users don't care about decentralization. Developers do! And a minority of ideologically principled users care. But the much bigger market is solving user problems. And if you have enough users, developers will be willing to tolerate your centralization.

Honest answer is it makes it much harder for building anything that's not in the speculation or stablecoin stacks (and stablecoins aren't really good biz for most startups).

visanet isn't a blockchain and basically sends stablecoins between institutions blockchains make coordination cost way lower since infra doesn't have to be run by one company (in theory)
