Probably the only way we could ever do this is a collective of hobbyists to start. I don’t think you could easily fund a paid org at beginning. @breadchoco could fund and there could be a mutually enforcing feedback loop there but it would need to be voluntary labor, moving slower with a bigger team of part time contributors

Things I’d want in a “Leftcaster” client - obviously just bare minimum clean UX on core functionality, twitter clone - group wallets native to chat, evolving to digital “chamas” and social savings groups / community enterprises / coops - a general focus on fundraising and tokens related to coops - “news oracles” mirroring key leftist news sources and X accounts - native “Spaces” - mix of normal feed with subreddit style interface for channels - $bread as default payments option - PoP gated 1 person 1 vote for key decisions and resource allocation - “Marketplace” of goods and services. Service bartering in particular
