You could see this in their S1 where they have to give Coinbase half their revenue just to keep them as a distribution partner.

Uh, if they buy Circle they're obviously going to keep USDC on all the chains that it's deployed to.

Because Base is at least an L2 that rolls up to a proper credibly neutral chain, and just got to Stage 1. XRP is the opposite of that. I didn’t get into crypto for a future where tokenized money rests on permissioned, trust-based, centralized chains. We already mainframes databases and SWIFT for that.
