These guys could literally pass ANYTHING as long as they had a bit of fat to trim like the sale of public lands was trimmed from this.  They push back 10x harder on “bad parts” than they do on the overall bad bill.

It stands for the "One Big beautiful Bill" (an incredibly stupid name) which is the budget reconciliation Bill (which gets passed about every ~3 years) that effectively sets the budget for the coming years.

Murkowski had originally voted for it to move to a final vote because she got a carve out protecting Alaskans from Medicaid cuts, but then the Parliamentarian ruled that carve out was not acceptable and it got cut out at the last second. She still voted to pass the Bill in the final vote today. 

The Bill now goes back to the House where they can either pass it as is or rewrite parts of it and send it back to the Senate.

This is probably a correct assessment, but there is probably also a nontrivial number of them who believe that God Himself sent Trump to protect the American empire and the nation of Israel.
