Pretty sure perjury by the us attorney is the more pressing issue here, considering as far i understood the US governments offical defense in the Supreme Court case was theres no plan in place to implement orders and that states couldn't claim damage just on the text of the order

After last recon flight they raised projection to 60 mph winds at landfall just shy of hurricane, with most of predicted rainfall in the heart of the oil industry.
