I enjoy reading some people on Substack and I post on there sometimes but a lot of it just feels like ~125 IQ people who got too wrapped up in intellectual echo chambers. Can’t cast in /substack

The world is full of incredible people who have yet to realize their potential.
I prefer to buy nicer more comfortable cars partially cause I want my homies to feel /comfy/ rolling in the back.
I’m starting to grasp that there is a nontrivial number of regular people who legitimately could not care less about the well-being of civilization. I’m not talking about anarcho-primitivists or people who feel like they’ve been shafted somehow by modern society. I’m talking about otherwise seemingly normal and healthy human beings who for one reason or another believe their lives would be better without civilization and quietly wish for its downfall.

Farcaster is unironically more of a network state than 99% of existing NS projects. Farcaster is: - fully onchain - an internet-first ideologically aligned community (as much as is possible for 1M+ FIDs) - financially beneficial to highly active and engaging users - a platform where people can crowdfund causes - creating multi-day in-person gatherings (still working on crowdfunding these gatherings - used by influential people who can potentially advocate real world practices in line with our community values
