Any good tools to manage support requests? TG group feels most intuitive and easy but I’m sure there are better solutions.

yes, i cannot personally remember the last time i logged on to discord. imo going with TG makes sense cause it is something almost everyone is familiar with, all other tools i can see would require a learning curve for most users. alternately integrate an in-app support.

We have it but feels like many either stopped or never used discord at all. Not a big fun myself as well :/

For a public support chat TG is great, for 1:1 you’ve got things like Zendesk or Intercom
