Just cooked all the above ingredients in batches in a skillet! First the kielbasa (~10 minutes until brown/crispy), then the veg (~7 mins until soft, add in garlic at the end), then the potatoes (~12 minutes until brown/crispy), and then combine them all back together. I also parboiled the potatoes prior. I used bacon fat, salt, pepper, paprika, onion and garlic powder, then chives at the end. 😋
Horseradish sauce: 1tsp horseradish powder rehydrated in 2tsp cold water. Mix in sour cream, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice to taste. 0 reply
