17 km in Zone2 this morning. 

Lot of fallen trees because of the yesterday’s storm.

Take it easy and start slow. Don’t expect to run at the same pace distance as before. Increase 10% every run until you are at the usual pace/distance.

epic. i have not been able to run in 10 days because of a sickness that we entered on my house.

any advice on coming back from a hiatus like this?

Everyone has his pace. The only thing it counts is consistency and discipline. 
At the end of the day we are just amateur. We don’t compete against each other.
