Anyone using Woop / Oura? Been an Apple Watch maxi for ages but working to get more into optimization especially around sleep and recovery.. any feedback on either would be helpful

No recs for sleeping. But for recovery and training load optimization I suggest HRV4Training. Works well with Apple Watch.

I've used both Oura and Whoop. Can't say much about Oura because both the rings I had stopped holding battery so didn't get to use it enough. I love Whoop, best actionable insights I've seen from any tracker I've had. We have a small "team" of casters in whoop.

I was thinking about whoop (don’t really understand oura as you can’t use it at gym). But can’t really see a lot of benefits over Apple Watch. Looks like paying around the same for way less features.
