step 1, be a hypercapitalist and purchase a pizza oven that you don't need (i got an ooni) 𤣠step 2, purchase baguette dough from your local boulanger in paris so you don't have to struggle with making your own crust step 3, countless trial & error on making sure the dough is not sticky and you ruin the pizza before it goes in the oven step 4, after a couple years, preggo!

First pizza shows char mostly on one side ~90°, means you didn't really turn the pizza 180° Second and last pizza showed attempt to rotate the pizza 180° with 2 charred crust ~90° across each other These shows the ooni you have is the one with only the back flame which is the 12, 16 has L shaped flame which usually char about 180°
