I’ve been meditating for some time now and don’t like it when I miss a day.

I will start a meditation streak today and share how I feel after each session.

Holy moly I forgot my daily routine here.
Day 42 of sharing my daily life routine.
- woke up at 5 am earlier and cook our breakfast early so that we can eat early.
- 6 am we took our breakfast and my grandma and I goes to bath.
- 7:15 am I already washed her and it's my time to wash my self
- 8 am finally done and gotta wash all of our clothes for 2 days
- 9 am it's already done and the last thing is to wash the dishes.
- 9:25 am and it's all done and it's time for me to vibes with the fam

Day 41 of sharing my daily life routine.
- sleep at 1:30 am earlier and woke up at 4:30 am to make cobbee and be ready to the church
- 5:20 my grandma and I goes to the church
- 7 am after the church we visit my grandpa in the cemetery to clean his grave yard.
- 9 am we go home and get our breakfast, super later breakfast.
- 9:15 second bath of the day.
- 9:40 am gotta reply to the fam all day long.

Day 40 of sharing my daily life routine
- sleep at 8:30 pm last night because the electricity went out and woke up at 5 am earlier
- 5:30 am cook our morning breakfast and grab my hot cobbee
- 6:15 am I sweep all of the mango leaves that was surrounding our house
- 7 am I took my breakfast
- 7:25 am I wash all of our dishes and went to bath
- 8:15 am after bath I wash all of my clothes
- 8:30 am do some cleaning in my garden.
- 9:45 am gotta reply all day ti the fam

Day 39 of sharing my daily life routine
- woke up at 4:30 am earlier because of this heavy rain that our roof was almost blowned away😆
- 5 am we finally fix our house roof.
- 5:15 am I took my early bath cause I'm already wet because of the rain.
- 5:45 am I sip my hot cobbee that was made by my grandma
- 6:30 am we took our breakfast and went back to be for about an our.
- 8 am over nap haha woke up again to drink my second cobbee of the day.
- 8:45 am talking life with grandma until she fell asleep
- 9:50 gottaa reply all day long to the fam

Day 38 of sharing my daily life routine
- sleep at 11:30 pm and woke up at 4 am to make a hot cobbee for my grandma and I
- 5 am cook a meal while shivering in the cold cause it's raining here haha
- 5:45 am another cobbee to make my body hot
- 6:15 am we took our breakfast for the day
- 6:45 am I wash all the dishes.
- 7 am I get back to sleep haha
- 8:15 am I took my bath even though it's cold
- 8:45 am I wash my clothes and pillows
- 9:25 am gotta reply all day to the fam

Day 37 of sharing my daily life routine
- finally I got my 7 hours of sleep cause the electricity went out last night and my phone died haha
- woke up at 4:30 am earlier to make a hot cobbee and a meal for me and for my grandma
- 5:30 am I sweep all of the leaves outside our house
- 6:25 am we tookour breakfast for the day
- 6:50 am I wash all of the dishes
- 7:20 am I bath my grandma and also after that I took my bath
- 8:40 am I wash all of our clothes
- 9:25 am gotta reply all day to the fam
