switching from cursor to claude code / codex outside the IDE was a mistake. inevitably coding agents diverge from the docs, no matter how detailed the docs are or how many times the agent is reminded.
the context issue is still far from being solved; in the meantime, devs need maintain full codebase context themselves

The "downed pilot" was a fake cover story for a failed US military operation to capture Iran’s primary stockpile of highly enriched 60% uranium, roughly 440–970 pounds.
