Today was intervals. And as usual I died. Though they were short.
Schedule was
- 12 mins warmup
- running drills
- 6x (90 secs @ 03:30-03:50 pace, 90 secs @ 05:40-06:40 pace)
- 12 mins cooldown
Could not push to the target pace. It was more like 03:45-04:00 during the hard running. And it felt impossibly hard.
