It snowed and then had frozen rain overnight. You can guess what that means for the ground.
But I don't mind cause I am in my golden era thanks to my daughter's influence.
Workout was:
- 10 mins warmup
- 2x (12mins @ 04:35 - 04:55, 4 mins @ 05:00-06:00)
- 10 mins cooldown
It was quite hard to find a good grip on the ground. Quite slippery, so I am happy with how the workout turned out.
