Friends, I'm sharing a recipe for low-carb kutabs, it's delicious. 👌
dough ingredients:
3 eggs (room temperature)
50 ml cream (coconut cream optional)
100 ml water
10 g olive oil
10 g bamboo fiber
3 g psyllium husk
1/4 tsp baking powder
salt, spices
filling ingredients:
300 g minced meat
herbs
80 g cheese
20 g butter
instructions:
1. prepare the filling:
- fry the minced meat until cooked, chop the herbs, grate the cheese.
- mix everything, season with salt and spices.
2. prepare the dough:
- mix eggs, cream, water, and oil with a mixer.
- add the mixed dry ingredients, stir, and let sit for 20 minutes.
- pour the batter onto a pan, fry on one side, then flip.
- place the filling on one half of the pancake, use a brush to spread some raw batter along the edge of the pancake, then fold the other half over the filling, pressing down the edge with a spatula.
- fry on both sides until golden, remove from the pan, and brush with butter.
