guys, there are a lot of fresh zucchini now, I want to tell you the recipe chicken casserole with zucchini 🥒
ingredients:
chicken thigh (boneless) 500 g
zucchini from the garden 😊200 g
egg 4 pcs
sour cream 100 g
cheese 100 g
tomatoes 120 g
salt, spices
preparation:
- cut the meat into cubes, grate the cheese, cut the tomatoes into thin rings
- mix eggs, sour cream, salt, spices and 50 g of grated cheese. add the meat, stir
- cut the zucchini into 1 cm thick rings, place in a greased baking dish.
- place the filling on the zucchini, smooth it out over the surface, and place the tomato rings on top.
- bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 40 minutes. sprinkle with the remaining 50 g of grated cheese 10 minutes before the end of baking. bake until a cheese crust forms. 2 replies

Mixed Berry Crumble
A warm, juicy dessert with a crunchy oat topping
Ingredients:
2 cups mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries)
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Toss berries with sugar and lemon juice, then place in a baking dish. In a bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, and butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over berries. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbling. Serve warm, optionally with ice cream. 0 reply
