Sour cream cake -100 g cold butter grated on a grater -add 60 g sugar, 250 g flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder mix everything until it becomes small crumbs -add 2 eggs to the crumbs knead the dough -take a round baking pan (i use 26 cm diameter). line the bottom with parchment paper put the dough in the pan and spread it evenly, make a small edge on the sides, you can press the edges with a fork filling: mix dry ingredients: -90 g sugar, 20 g starch, and 1 tsp vanilla sugar or a pinch of vanilla -add 2 eggs -add 350 g sour cream, mix well with a whisk or mixer until smooth -pour the sour cream filling into the pan and put about 150 g berries on top you can use fresh or frozen berries (or no berries, it will be like a cheesecake) bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 50 minutes the cake rises nicely in the oven and after cooling it will settle a little optional: decorate with mint, coconut flakes, or powdered sugar

my friends, i want to share a recipe for adjarian khachapuri you'll need: • dough: (the easiest way - store-bought yeast dough!) • cheese: sulguni and imeruli (or mozzarella and feta if you can't find the other kinds) • eggs: 1 per boat • butter: a pat for each boat what to do: 1. roll the dough into ovals. 2. grate the cheese and pile it onto the dough. 3. pinch the edges to make a boat shape. 4. brush the edges with egg. 5. bake in a preheated oven at 430°f (220°c) for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown. 6. take it out, make a well in the cheese, crack in an egg, and add a pat of butter. 7. put it back in the oven for a couple more minutes, just until the egg white sets but the yolk is still runny. done! stir the yolk and butter together and enjoy, tearing off the crispy edges and dipping them in the cheesy-eggy goodness. photo from the internet, I'll do it myself tomorrow😊
