low-carb wafer rolls with cream for waffles: eggs 3 pcs (c1) mozzarella cheese 80g almond flour 45g sugar substitute, vanilla for the filling: heavy cream 33% 150g cream cheese 150g lemon juice 1 tbsp sugar substitute, vanilla preparation: 1. mix eggs and grated cheese with an immersion blender 2. combine dry ingredients, add to the mixture, stir, and let stand for 10 minutes. the dough consistency should be like semolina porridge 3. bake in a waffle maker on the thin waffle plates 4. remove the waffle from the waffle maker and immediately roll it into a tube, then let it cool 5. fill the tubes with cream. it can be any cream of your choice

baked sushi muffins ingredients: nori sheets 3 pcs lightly salted fish 150g avocado 80g sesame seeds 1 tsp for the sauce: homemade mayonnaise 2 tbsp feta cheese 50g salt, spices (pepper, smoked paprika) preparation: 1. dice avocado and fish 2. for the sauce: mash feta with a fork, add mayonnaise, spices, mix 3. cut each nori sheet into 4 squares. place two squares into each muffin tin cavity 4. place a little sauce on the bottom of the "muffin," layer fish, avocado, place sauce on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds 5. bake in a preheated oven at 180°c for 15 – 20 minutes

baked pink salmon with spinach and cheese ingredients: pink salmon 1 pc (mine was 800g) frozen spinach 200 g cheese 100 g (mine was mozzarella) lemon 0.5 pc garlic to taste salt, spices oil for frying 10 g preparation: 1. fry spinach in oil until liquid evaporates. salt, pepper, mix. let cool. 2. grate cheese, add to spinach, add garlic, mix. 3. remove the backbone and bones from the fish, salt, pepper all over. 4. place filling on one half of the fish, cover with the second half. make incisions on the top part of the fillet, place a little filling into the cuts. 5. slice lemon into rounds and place on top of the fish. 6. bake at 200° for 25-30 minutes.

Low-carb zebra pie 🥧 for the chocolate dough: almond flour 50g coconut flour 20g cocoa 25g 3 eggs butter 50g 20% sour cream 100g sweetener 1 tsp baking powder for the cream cheese dough: cream cheese 250g soft cottage cheese 150g 1 egg sweetener, vanilla instructions: 1. for the chocolate dough: mix the dry ingredients. 2. mix eggs, melted butter, and sour cream with a mixer. 3. add the dry ingredients, mix. 4. for the cream cheese dough: mix all ingredients with a mixer until smooth. both masses should have approximately the same consistency. 5. in a baking dish (mine is 22 cm in diameter, but it's better if the dish is taller), alternately spoon the dough, one on top of the other, until all the dough is used. 6. bake in a preheated oven at 160°c (320°f) for 40 minutes. cool completely and refrigerate for several hours to stabilize.

Friends, I'm sharing a recipe for low-carb kutabs, it's delicious. 👌 dough ingredients: 3 eggs (room temperature) 50 ml cream (coconut cream optional) 100 ml water 10 g olive oil 10 g bamboo fiber 3 g psyllium husk 1/4 tsp baking powder salt, spices filling ingredients: 300 g minced meat herbs 80 g cheese 20 g butter instructions: 1. prepare the filling: - fry the minced meat until cooked, chop the herbs, grate the cheese. - mix everything, season with salt and spices. 2. prepare the dough: - mix eggs, cream, water, and oil with a mixer. - add the mixed dry ingredients, stir, and let sit for 20 minutes. - pour the batter onto a pan, fry on one side, then flip. - place the filling on one half of the pancake, use a brush to spread some raw batter along the edge of the pancake, then fold the other half over the filling, pressing down the edge with a spatula. - fry on both sides until golden, remove from the pan, and brush with butter.

I don’t know if you’re supposed to fry bananas, but I tried it: fried them in coconut oil and added a bit of cinnamon. Pretty good, just way too sweet.

Curd boats dough ingredients: cottage cheese 400 g coconut flour 40 g 1 egg + 1 egg white (yolk for glazing) sweetener, vanillin xanthan gum 1/3 tsp filling ingredients: sour cream 200g berries 100g sweetener, vanillin instructions: - combine cottage cheese, eggs, and sweetener, mash well with a fork. - mix the dry ingredients, add to the cottage cheese mixture, stir. let sit for 30 minutes. - form into "boat" shapes, brush the sides with egg yolk, place sour cream (mixed with sweetener and vanillin) in the center of the boats, top with berries. - bake at 180°c (350°f) for 30 minutes.

Low-carb cake "Angel Tears" dough ingredients: almond flour 100 g coconut flour 35 g egg 1 pc butter 60 g baking powder 1/2 tsp sweetener to taste cottage cheese filling ingredients: cottage cheese 400 g sour cream 100 g egg yolks 3 pcs sweetener, vanillin to taste meringue ingredients: egg whites 3 pcs erythritol in powder 70 g lemon juice 1 tsp instructions: - mix the dry ingredients. - combine the egg with the melted butter, whisk together. - add the dry ingredients, knead the dough and refrigerate for 20 minutes. - spread the dough over the bottom and sides of the baking form, prick with a fork. - for the cottage cheese filling, mix all the ingredients and blend with an immersion blender until smooth. - pour the filling into the form and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees celsius for 30 minutes. to prevent the dough from burning, cover with foil. - for the meringue, whip the egg whites to soft peaks, add the sweetener, lemon juice and whip to stiff peaks. 👇

Day 3️⃣ of the great carrot waffle craze🥕 🥕 🥕 The kids say they’re better than any cake, like way better. I haven’t even tried them, but I’m kinda starting to believe the hype 😁 Still no clue how they come out so fluffy with zero baking soda or powder. Pure waffle magic, I guess💫

Pollock cutlets in the oven 🐟 The oven gives a ruddy crust and allows you to do without frying oil. You will need: 450 g of pollock fillet, 30 ml of milk, 35 g of white bread, 1 egg, 50 g of semolina, 2 tablespoons of butter, spices. Preparation: Soak the bread in milk and put it through a meat grinder with the pollock. Then mix the minced meat with egg, spices and melted butter. Form the cutlets, roll them in semolina and bake on parchment for about 30-35 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.

low-carb lemon cake 🍰 ingredients: almond flour 40g coconut flour 40g sour cream 120g eggs 3 pcs butter 50g lemon zest 1 lemon lemon juice 30g baking powder 1/2 tsp sweetener, vanillin instructions: - separate the egg whites from the yolks, mix the dry ingredients. - combine the yolks, melted butter, sour cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest. mix, add the dry ingredients, and mix again. - whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form, gently fold them into the yolk mixture. - transfer the batter to a prepared baking pan and bake at 180°c (350°f) for 35 minutes (cover with foil if the top starts to burn). - remove from the pan, let cool, sprinkle with erythritol powder.

low-carb flourless vareniki the secret to these vareniks lies in chia seeds. try making them and surprise yourself and your loved ones. ingredients: 9% cottage cheese 350 g egg 1 pc chia seeds 40 g sweetener, vanillin instructions: - if the cottage cheese has excess liquid, squeeze it out. - combine cottage cheese, egg, sweetener, and vanillin. blend with an immersion blender until smooth and homogeneous. - add the chia seeds to the cottage cheese, mix thoroughly, and leave for 1 hour. the mixture should become firm enough and not stick to your hands. - shape the vareniki. - drop the vareniks into boiling water. once they float to the surface, they are ready.
