i’ve been building a coffee dessert brand and Saturday is the reveal for… THE coconut lemonade parfait!
coffee banana bread, coffee jelly, and an espresso syrup, all built on coffee that’s been cofermented with coconut and lemon, so the beans themselves taste like coconut lemonade. it’s vegan, and it doesn’t taste like a compromise.
serving it Saturday 12 to 3, at principles BK in Brooklyn. around nyc this weekend? come thru and judge for yourself, first come first serve.

📍 July 18, 12–3pm @ Principles BK in brooklyn! a collab w/ Queens Qoffee Qollective, a local roaster. 3 desserts, each built around one of their coffees.
It's been a while, and i've missed you all. I've been developing recipes from scratch to make single origin coffee actually shine as an ingredient. The coffee butter chocolate chip cookies have been selling at a cafe in chinatown for months, and I've been working toward this ever since - 3 brand new desserts!

I lost my wallet in Brooklyn 10 minutes ago on my short walk to Walgreens.
It had my license, 4 Amex cards, my debit card, chase credit card, Coinbase credit card, and an expired insurance card.
It’s pouring rain and the only way someone can get ahold of me would be through LinkedIn.
I’m so cooked.
