Sometimes I do things out of nostalgia. But I don’t actually need to recreate an experience the exact same way to honor it. I can be present with what’s here now and meet it from the energy I live in today.
What was fun then was for that version of me. What’s fun now looks different, and that’s more than okay. It’s amazing. 😻

Today was the final day of a 6-week "AI Studio" pilot class I helped teach at the Zahn Innovation Center at City College in NYC. Still unpacking the experience, but it was so cool on a number of levels:
1 - 16 liberal arts students helped a small nonprofit owner think through real decisions
2 - Most students we completely new to AI no-code tools
3 - Everyone used AI at least 3 ways in the solutions they built and presented
4 - One group (the winning team) built a near-deployable app to replace the Google Forms static signup flow today
5 - The winning group looked a lot different from most teams that you see winning product competitions
