Did we lose all our qDAU? At peak PICKEM had 100+ weekly players and now we’re struggling to break 10. Native app is just waiting on Apple approval. Once live we’ll make another growth push to see if there’s still a path to scale or if it’s time to sunset the experiment. Every new user gets an embedded wallet at signup to remove onboarding friction.
