I never introduced myself, so here goes... I got into biotech because I love science fiction. Turns out? We're living in it. Biology is the most sci-fi technology on the planet. While everyone's focused on AI and crypto, nature's been running the ultimate operating system for 3.8 billion years... We're just now learning to read—and rewrite—the code. At Messaginglab, we help biotech founders translate their breakthroughs into strategy and stories that get funded. Because brilliant science trapped in bad narratives helps no one. On the Grow Everything podcast, my co-host Erum and I explore how biology-as-technology is reshaping everything. The space biotech conversations have completely blown my mind—when you realize we might literally grow our way to Mars... Fast-forward: We're about to design everything starting at the atomic level. Your coffee, your clothes, your building materials. Biology as infrastructure for the material world. I bring a punk/DIY sensibility to biotech storytelling. I'm a huge music fan, so I think in terms of remixing nature's greatest lessons. Polyglot, fiction writer (finishing a novel - 15 Minute Confession, which I've been sharing here), father of three sons. Proud Californian living in Brooklyn forever. Love hiking—which is basically fieldwork for understanding the biological systems we're learning to engineer. I'm here for conversations about bio × AI × crypto × the material world. This stuff gets me excited about the future we're building.
