Any desci events going on at devconnect I should be aware of?

The only reason I’ve been able to jack-of-all-trades my way through life is that my entire existence relies on pattern matching things I don’t know to things I do. Naturally AI is exceptionally helpful for this. Here’s an example of how I work as I learn how the various stuff in the gut works because I realized my microbiome and friends understanding is too patchy for me to generate any real insight.

Currently cooking up a new scientific paradigm on the DeSci world fellowship - imagine a lab with total transparency integrated with AI. Anyone no matter scientific background can go into the granularity of what experiment I’m currently up to and explained to them in terms they’ll understand - they can view data verified onchain and live streamed. Incentivised community suggestions experimental optimisations and avenues of exploration. Now imagine this on a network-wide scale where transparency is the norm, where there’s no such thing as dark data. Hyped.

A friend built hardware that cryptographically verifies bioreactor data. Science needs this for trust and reproducibility especially with synthetic data produced by Ai becoming more prolific. @researchhubf is the perfect sandbox to pioneer it. Yet they asked for proof of demand - surely they should be incentivising accreditation of verified data?? Just because it’s not used right now doesn’t mean it isn’t needed

I have an idea for a desci project but could really use input from someone with a background in genomics. Hit me up if that’s you. ✌️

A big push with the stuff I’m doing in medicine and chronic illness is a push for better measurement. I’ve identified a number of places where I think we’ve averaged away a metric that is more interesting than what we are using. Just like how in a business if your chosen kpi’s suck you’re going to improperly optimize, in a variance first regime my gut tells me many things that look unexplainable start to make much more sense.

I have REALLY been enjoying the DeSci Fellowship - the fellows are the most diverse, thoughtful and interesting humans I have had the pleasure of seminaring with. Our take home - in a time where people are hyper focused on productivity take time to compost, humus yourself - read and marinade in thoughts! Our August reading list may be of interest to others: Thomas Kuhn: Structure of Scientific Revolution Chapter 6 Anomaly and the Emergence of Scientific Discoveries Donna Haraway Staying with the Trouble: Making Kin in the Chthulucene Tentacular Thinking Christopher Kelty: The Participant: A Century of Participation in Four Stories Participation, Introduced

Super stoked to be selected as a fellow for the inaugural DeSci World Fellowship! Excited to actually put to use some of the tools built by the DeSci ecosystem. I will of course be sharing my progress/experience here 🧙‍♂️ 🟪

🧬 What if art could serve as an interface between scientific complexity and the ethical dilemmas of emerging deeptech? Just presented xSublimatio to CNRS researchers. My first mobile app — as an artist. Honored (and stunned) by how strongly it resonated. Looks like a TCG. Plays like Pokémon. But the cards are molecules, enzymes, biological systems. Not a game — a speculative interface for navigating future bio-complexity. It connects worlds that rarely meet: 🧠 AI 🧬 sensitive bio data ⛓️ zk proofs / decentralization 🎮 game mechanics 🎯 Not meant to explain, but to render manipulable. Not simplification — aesthetic encoding. Because in biotech, trust and traceability are the real bottlenecks. 🔗 Join the beta: https://tcg.xsublimatio.com/

Just dropped a preview of my first web app: XSUBLIMATIO TCG 👇 Looks like a trading card game. It’s actually a new interface for science. ⸻ We just published our first peer-reviewed DeSci paper. XSUBLIMATIO is the next step: → Make research viral → Make science playable → Rethink how knowledge spreads ⸻ Built like a game. Powered by: • Onchain data • Decentralized peer review • AI agents generating & validating hypotheses ⸻ This Monday, we’re showing the preview to CNRS scientists. They’ll be our first beta testers. ⸻ Science isn’t just for journals anymore. It’s for players. For timelines. For the next internet. Welcome to XSUBLIMATIO.
