How cool is that? Added support for prop/candi 'forking'. This allow proposal and candidate drafts to be created from already existing ones. Useful to e.g. rerun previous proposals, or bypass the need to recreate complicated proposal actions. As always s/o to @olli for coming up with an implementing the idea.

hey @krel @pedropregueiro - a little gimmicky, but perhaps also an interesting feature request: would it be possible to get these updates generated when candidates / props are edited? a generated log entry?
