So I have to take my blood pressure readings on a daily basis now. 👀
Before I do though, I use @ds8 ‘s miniapp, Calmer. It’s helped me establish a baseline so my readings aren’t all over the place. It also helps that I don’t drink coffee beforehand. 😅
