Most people don’t know I used to be a Travel Ambassador for a credit card co. The role combined 3 of my biggest passions: Photography, traveling & working the cc points system. I wasn’t paid to travel, but b/c I was earning the majority of my flights, hotels, and transpo via reward points, they hired me to document my journeys around the world. I’ve been to 49 countries, gravitating to outdoor adventures & nature. I’m a hiker, biker, skier, climber, and surfer. /adventure is a home for adrenaline junkies & nature lovers. I’ve been bad about promoting it, but that ends today. I’ll be sharing pics + stories of places I’ve been fortunate to visit. Hopefully others will post theirs too so I can add some new spots to my bucket list. Will also mix in travel tips + gear + cc hacks + other fun stuff. I’ll kick it off tomorrow, but for now, enjoy this pic of the most picturesque football pitch on the planet located in the Lofoten Islands. If you squint really hard maybe you can see us ;)

Any recommendations for Yosemite? I'm finally heading there next week for the first(-ish*) time after about a decade of living in California. I know it's not possible to see everything, so would appreciate if you have any favorite hikes I should prioritize. Also welcome any coffee + food recommendations nearby. *First visited in 2012, but had to leave the park due to an emergency right after driving in. I get to be there for four days this time.

📍 Lake Powell, summer 2025 i broke my streak of weekly posts so will be sharing some throwbacks until i get back on it. missing the ☀️ with these darker nights so here’s a summer adventure highlight barely scratched the surface of this expansive lake on the border of Utah / Arizona. you need multiple days to fully explore all the side canyons and we only had the boat for an afternoon. it was stunning to see the combination of monument valley-like towering mesas and buttes next to sparkling water you could cool off in the southwest USA has so much to offer and vegas is a great hub for wknd trips ☺️ curious if anyone else has done multiple days on the lake? niche fun fact: this location is in range of the elusive “wave” lottery so you can stay here while attempting to get one of 20 individual day passes. i did not win one 🥲

The US doesn’t have an extradition agreement with Mongolia so if I ever do a crime and need to flee you know where to find me https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_United_States_extradition_treaties

this is a list of all 50 countries that i've visited, in the order i've visited them. i just booked countries 51 and 52. it's getting increasingly difficult for me to find places to visit that are: 1) accessible 2) affordable 3) logistically easy 4) safe 5) readily outdoorsy being based in hawaii is great for South Pacific, Asia, the Americas ... but it's quite the trek to places like Africa, Europe, Middle East. where are your favorite countries and which ones should i target next? 1. Another day another campsite And I took my first shower in 9 days. In a tent. With a hose connected to a bucket with a pump. I feel like a million bucks. 💅🏻 /adventure for ya @jacy

Took the gondola 🚠 up the mountain with @rachelw before I had to head to the airport. Beautiful views! AND waffles! 🧇 (more pix in next reply) AND we did NOT get stuck at the top of the mountain. Seems like a skill issue. 😉

there is something magical about being surrounded by redwoods, so tall & majestic can’t believe there’s a redwood forest like 30 minutes from our house
