how are people thinking about personal channels post-pivot?

How do you plan to do this? Like literally cast out the invite link? Or go through manually and DC people who have posted before?

If that’s the only way to add someone, then yea I might just cast out the invite link. Or put it in channel bio or something

From my understanding you send people an invite link to join the channel as a member and they have to accept in order to join

I believe they’re making it possible to add people programmatically (ie exposing some API or something?)

So if that’s true then yea I might just add everyone who’s posted before, or maybe everyone I follow, something like that

But that could change based on the implementation. Like eg if it notifies people when you add them, then I don’t really want to abuse that. So we’ll see
