got my first ugly produce box this weekend! way more affordable than my closest grocery store and all locally sourced produce that farms didn’t sell to grocers recipe ideas to use them all up: 1. beet and pear salad with toasted nuts and goat cheese 2. eggplant and bell pepper pasta bake 3. leek and acorn squash soup 4. creamy cucumber jalapeño yogurt sauce or a salsa verde

Yes! I also love food boxes—ugly but delicious and eco-friendly. Every time I open one, I’m always excited to see what’s inside!
