got my first ugly produce box this weekend! way more affordable than my closest grocery store and all locally sourced produce that farms didn’t sell to grocers recipe ideas to use them all up: 1. beet and pear salad with toasted nuts and goat cheese 2. eggplant and bell pepper pasta bake 3. leek and acorn squash soup 4. creamy cucumber jalapeño yogurt sauce or a salsa verde

Amazing!!! We love these boxes too. Next step is a deep dive into pickling and canning so you can never waste! Also pre diced onion lasts pretty well in the freezer for using over time (for cooked dishes, not good for raw onion)

Great, I do the same. My choices Eggplant --> pasta alla norma Pumpkin --> 89% chocolate cookies Of course pear salad with feta cheese and mustard-olive oil & vinegar dressed.
