I am cooking up a concept for how this could work. Basically, you would deposit your $stSTREME (the staked streme) into a funding vault. This amount can be withdrawn 100% at any time (not locked). But while the staked tokens are in the vault, the streaming rewards flow to the vault. The vault keeps the streaming rewards but you get your staked tokens back whenever you want.

I have a deployed version on Base, if anyone wants to deposit a tiny (very tiny) amount to help test.
