If you mean the Hebrew bible then yeah, but if not I think you are forgetting Jesus. Jesus created a radical movement that goes way beyond the ten commandments. I’d sum it up as “love others as I have loved you” - He died for peeps so a lot higher a calling than the TCs “don’t do bad things”
