summer running rule of thumb for me: no outdoor running when uv index is >2. this means only early morning or evening runs. running with sunscreen caused me to break out badly last year so im being extra cautious this year. also trying to avoid getting sunburnt in general.

having a uv index widget on my lockscreen is honestly so useful (for running and general)

Great approach to protecting your skin! Early morning or evening runs can be perfect for avoiding high UV exposure and skin issues. Sun protection is key.
