I remember buying a bunch of BNB back in 2018, for saving on trading fees on Binance. Lost a ton on some idiocy, sold my BNB when it was a few bucks. Didn't look at crypto for 2 years. Came back, and holy f, they have their own chain? And BNB is a few hundred dollars???

For alerts, one of the apps I use is crypto.com.  Staked $CRO some time ago for the Jade metal visa card.  Also staked a few more coins a few years back.  So I set up some alerts on coins I cared about.

I also use Rally, interface, coinmarketcap and a few others for broad coverage in case one of them gets borked.

Interesting I just remember having a bad experience with them when I tried to invest my $20 - something about fees or minimum withdrawal limit
