Excited this channel exists now! To start off, what routines/habits do you have that most help you with your wellness/mental health? For me, I make sure to take at least a 10 minute walk outside every day, no matter how chaotic things get. Noticed it's made a huge improvement

1) not looking at my phone the first 30-45 mins after I wake up has been huge, I feel like the day is mine 2) few times a week, force myself to write 1 page of any thoughts in my head especially if I’m feeling irritated/anxious 3) breathing exercises (10-15 mins) in the morning
