I’m getting much better at actually clicking unsubscribe on emails. I used to get annoyed when it was too many steps and just throw them in my spam folder. Now I do both and my inbox has become 10% more manageable. 

At this point, I really want a tool that automatically does this for me. I want to start over. I have 20 years of bad decisions haunting my Gmail account.

Tip I learned was to go to search n filter words, type “unsubscribe” then just get rid of the junk you’re tired of seeing…

I haven’t updated my Gmail filters in a while. This could be a great one. Just auto archive them all.
