1.5 years into being a founder: my biggest surprise has been the physical toll. Any others go through the same journey? 6 hours in a desk chair, 8 hours laying down on my couch, 14 hour work days. Trying to fix that now! But it’s like starting at square one. If I run 3 miles I’m wiped.

You can do away with all the chairs and get a standing desk for starters. If you want to sit get a gymnastics ball or anything without backrest. But look man, it's what you eat, it's how you sleep, it's how you train, and so on and so on. The best thing you can do for change is something that you can do consistently all the time, until you die. And over time you will adjust and go with the stuff that works for you. Onwards!
