The support systems for users here is absolutely atrocious. Y'all want new users and stuff, but can't even provide proper support for current users. I've emailed support a week ago, tagged multiple devs and been ghosted. Guess Y'all dont care if I dont come back. Worst part is that I love this app and have made many frens here. It's going to be tough saying goodbye to yall when Supercast wraps up and I can't access my account anymore.

Yeah, I adore fc but there are a lot of dangling threads which affect a small few users, but really really suck if you're one of the affected. Can understand the difficulty in splitting the dev time, but yeah, pot luck can really hurt here. Hope you get your problem solved dude, would hate to see a bunch of good accounts vanish when supercast wraps.

Customer support is def a sore point in web3, Iβve thought about trying to start a team to tackle this but dev bros donβt wanna hear it.
