The support systems for users here is absolutely atrocious. Y'all want new users and stuff, but can't even provide proper support for current users. I've emailed support a week ago, tagged multiple devs and been ghosted. Guess Y'all dont care if I dont come back. Worst part is that I love this app and have made many frens here. It's going to be tough saying goodbye to yall when Supercast wraps up and I can't access my account anymore.

Customer support is def a sore point in web3, I’ve thought about trying to start a team to tackle this but dev bros don’t wanna hear it.
