No QF for me. Gutted. I understand why but I actually think this is a decent little script, honest, with merit. Ach. 

That's me done now. Going to take some time away to reflect. Think about a different approach. But I think that could very well be the end of a chapter in all honesty. 

Kind of feel like I'm clueless about how to find the right audience for my work. Oh well.

Hang in there. It all depends on how jaded and cynical the reader/judge you’re assigned to is.

Back when I entered contests I submitted a script to a v reputable one and didn’t make QFs. A year later I submitted the same script without changing a word and was a finalist in two categories.

Cheers man, appreciate the words. Maybe I'll do just that then. Might not be the right fit for the contest itself anyway to be honest, page judges are guided by a weird points scoring system which favours commercial, clear genre identifiable work.
