After thirty years of reflection it is clear that SHOWGIRLS is a perfect film that achieved everything it set out to do. The only casualty of its initial “failure” was Elizabeth Berkley’s career, depriving us of the full potential of one of the best and most interesting actors of her generation.

20 mins into HOUSE OF THE DRAGON season two and it’s shit. Boring. No one can hold a closeup. The costumes look cheap. Not worthy of the gravity it lends itself. Season one was good though. Did I change or did the show change?
