Ah yes, I’ve seen those videos. Harrowing and awesome! 

We’re in Kansas City now; photo is from a local county park. We used to live in Eugene though — I was *this close* to taking a job in Redmond before moving out here.

alley cat = illegal messenger-style city racing (good time / I don’t recommend 😂). and yes in Bend! you in the southeast? trying to pinpoint the hard tail photo.

I’m just into being outside, to be honest, but I *love* being on a trail.😅 I got a new hardtail last spring and have been trying to get on that at least a little bit every day.

I’ve had a handful of friends that have been into cyclocross over the years. When my kids were little, they liked bikes and there’s a local kids cyclocross program that they did for a few years.
