What do you think about the current tipping allowance? everything is low many are walking away. Only few of us understand what $DEGEN is building that why we are still here

I think low allowance is a problem that takes care of itself over time, as described. But it's obviously a flawed system that still advantages engagement farmers; that art needs to be corrected 🌝

Just auto mod I believe, it’s been a mess even trying to find mints lately

I would be ok with engagement farming if it had any merit.
You only have to go to the Zora and other channels to see dozens of spam accounts that have over 100+ likes and zero/single digit mindless comments 
The reluctance to have actual human mods to clean up this mess is to blame as well

I'm here to learn and have fun. Not really worried about tips, it's more about being part of the future we're building for me.

I think a reasonable range for all users is $5 at the low end, $250 at the high. I'd like the top of the curve to be $25 bucks or so.

What does a normal tipping allowance look like in your mind?

As someone just starting my tips are 4 or 5 a day which I give out, but also feels super small

That was always the problem, yep. Simply compare the different usage rates between "airdrop distribution" style tipping and bot based tipping that uses your own wallet.

People want the "power/ status" of free money to share.

The people most likely to want that status are the worst at tipping.

I was thinking about this with alfafrens it is weird how easily someone will tip me 1500 degen, but then don't want to risk supporting me on alfafrens? 

I think it's because it's their own money on alfafrens, but just an allowance with tips
