Re Clanker (1/2)
Finding out about @proxystudio.eth was truly shocking to me. This is really a major blow... Yes, a bit on the financial side (and I am quite exposed to clankers), but more on the side of trust and integrity.
Proxy and I mutually followed each other long before @dish and him made Clanker, and I had tons of productive and fun convos with him, public and in DCs. I would really like this hear his side of it, as I cannot escape making prelim conclusions when hearing a lot of the stories.
Needless to say, I don't approve "theft" (in quotation marks bcs I don't know the full story). I do believe people can change, but I doubt I could fully trust someone that did this previously.
And trust is really crucial here. The thing is - after getting burned a few times with honeypots, rugs and whatnot, clankers were my safe zone on Base. They could not get turned to a honeypot. They could not go to zero. I could always vouch that as a product, a clanker was sound. This is the part that hurts the most. 5 replies

Crazy stuff. First things first, I am glad you made it. This would take like 10 years of my life, stress wise.
And @zachxbt , as always, a national treasure.
I have so many questions, but the main ones are:
1) how come you did not pursue legal action? And
2) can anyone else confirm this? I know this may seem rude/defending him, but we have not heard from him (the "other side"), and this is so out of FREAKING blue, I think I can speak for everyone when I say this took us all by surprise, and we're having trouble processing this. No one is excusing the behavior and the actions, but a ton of people here (not that I am anyone important, but yeah, me included) had only good things to say about him. 1 reply
