Deepseek's Chinese content restrictions don't matter because the model and technical papers are all (from what I've heard) open source. If it only costs 5 million do the training run, can't another team just do a version that doesn't have the content restrictions?

Also why do the two largest AI channels on Warpcast only have 30-40 with casting permissions and no obvious path to joining...
