perhaps my most used kitchen tool these days...@ashley loves bread and i hate crumbs

i just use a cheap plastic one - the metal one i have scrapes up the cutting board and is used sparingly, when things Get Serious

I agree that metal ones can scrape up the cutting board if you press too hard so gotta watch out for that

Have also seen some wooden handled ones but I think just a little less durable and annoying to clean

yes but it’s not scratched - the finish is still nice
